At Minds over Matter we offer yoga and mindfulness classes in your workplace – catered to all ability levels in all kinds of corporate/co-working environments. The conference room, the common room, during lunch hours, after work – we can make it work!

Our Aim

To use the mindfulness, meditation and yoga to help individuals de-stress and recenter during their work day. Our yoga classes also give individuals the added bonus of a workout, all within the comfort of your own work place.
